Gift idea

pillow 800 1870

I just made an elegant pillow from an already quilted piece.  It was easy.  You could also use an orphan block as a top.

pillow 800 1870

The back is simply quilted and constructed of 2 pieces that overlap about 4 inches.  This gave me room to insert the pillow form which measured 18".  It was fun and I made good use of a piece that had just been sitting on the shelf. Win, win.
