Into the Woods

A forest scene inspired by a picture in Sequoia Park, Eureka, CA. This is a location that I visit frequently and enjoy, oh, so much.
This quilt was juried into the Houston International Quilt Festival, and sold there.
Techniques: Commercial cotton prints combined in a collage form, Warm cotton batting, and then heavily quilted with Superior threads. The edge treatment is binding with a tiny piping highlight.
