Blooming Bright 68" wide x 44" tall
This quilted art piece was created by painting the image on white cotton fabric. I surrounded it with black paint and then machine quilted the whole thing with lots of thread.
I decided to shape the edges, just for added interest. It is finished with binding.
I use Deco Art So Soft acrylic paints for this type of project.
It’s enjoyable to paint these floral designs and then finish them as a quilt.
The back has a sleeve at the top for easy hanging.
